Most estimators hand back one number. This one prints the rate card: each fee, the quantity it is charged on, and the arithmetic behind it.

Most 3PLs make you book a call to learn what a pallet costs. Move the sliders and watch the rate card build itself, line by line, on our published rates.

WHERE THE NUMBERS COME FROM
Every rate in the estimator is what we actually charge on this floor — the same receiving, storage, and pick fees that appear on a client invoice.

02
Pallet or cubic foot. Bulky, slow-moving goods price very differently on the two bases — switch and watch the total move.
03
Carrier postage is a pass-through, so it is excluded from the comparison. You are seeing fulfilment work against fulfilment work.
Straight answers to the questions buyers ask before they book a call — no gate, no form.

Most US 3PLs land between $4 and $10 per order for fulfilment work before postage. That covers the pick, the pack, packaging materials, and a share of receiving and storage. Our published rates work out around $5.70 per order on a typical 1,200-order month with 2.4 units per order.
02
Two ways. Per pallet position, typically $15 to $40 a month, or per cubic foot, typically around $0.46 a month. Pallet pricing suits dense, fast-moving stock; cubic-foot pricing suits bulky or slow-moving goods. Our calculator lets you switch between both.
03
FBA prep is charged per unit and usually runs $0.50 to $1.50 depending on the work — FNSKU labelling, polybagging, suffocation warnings, bundling, and carton compliance. We charge $0.85 per unit on the share of volume you send to Amazon.
04
The common ones are receiving per pallet, a monthly minimum spend, account management, packaging upcharges, and parcel surcharges — fuel at 10 to 15 percent of the label, residential delivery around $4 to $5, and peak-season surcharges. Every one of those appears as its own line in our calculator rather than being folded into a single number.
05
Not with us. We take a few pallets as readily as a full container programme. There is a monthly account minimum of $450, which most operations clear in their first month.
06
About a week. Two days to scope volumes and issue a rate card, three days to connect storefronts, carriers, and SKUs to the WMS, then your first receipt goes live on the dashboard.
The estimate is honest but generic. It assumes standard-sized, non-hazardous goods on standard pallet positions, and it cannot know your SKU dimensions, seasonality, or carrier mix — the three things that move a real rate card most.
Send your SKU profile and we will replace every estimate here with a real number.
