Operators, not landlords
We are judged on whether your product moved, not on square footage leased. Everyone on this floor has loaded a trailer.
HOME / ABOUT
Innovative Pros started on a single dock in Houston with two importers and a forklift. Nine years later the same people run four facilities — and still walk the floor every morning.
Before this was a company it was a problem. Importers were paying one vendor to unload the container, another to store it, a third to prep it for Amazon, and a fourth to ship it — then spending the week on the phone stitching those four stories together.
We took the whole chain onto one floor and put it behind one system. Product comes off the ship, gets received against your manifest, inspected, prepped, slotted, picked, and shipped without leaving our control or our software.
That is the entire idea. Everything else — the bonded space, the CFS designation, the four buildings, the WMS — exists because a client needed it and we were not willing to hand them off.
THE FLOOR, 2026
Sixty people, four buildings, and the same rule since 2016: if it did not get scanned, we do not claim it happened.
Every step here was pulled forward by a client problem we refused to outsource.
2016
Started as a single 40,000 sq ft building off the Beltway, cross-docking containers for two importers.
2019
Amazon sellers needed compliant prep close to the port. We built the prep line and never looked back.
2021
Customs-controlled storage opened the door to importers holding product before duty.
2023
Every pallet, carton, and unit put behind one system with 24/7 client visibility.
2025
2.2M sq ft across the Gulf Coast, wired into corridors reaching 96% of US households in two days.
We are judged on whether your product moved, not on square footage leased. Everyone on this floor has loaded a trailer.
Receiving, prep, storage, and outbound run on one WMS. Nothing is re-keyed between vendors, so nothing gets lost between them.
Scans, timestamps, and photos beat status calls. If it did not get scanned, we do not claim it happened.
Minutes from the Port of Houston by design. Drayage is short, dwell is low, and containers clear before demurrage bites.
Walk the dock with the team that runs it. Tours most weekday mornings.
